PR Agency Focused Solely on Technology Sector Continues to Expand Service Offerings and Expands Executive Management Team

(March 26, 2014): Trier and Company, a prominent public relations and digital communications agency focused solely on the technology sector, today announced exponential agency growth in 2014 with the addition of numerous global technology clients and expanded engagements with current clients.

Additionally, the agency launched a new content marketing practice servicing both worldwide enterprise organizations and startup technology companies. “The new norm in strategic public relations programs is centered on integrated digital brand campaigns that span content creation, media relations, inbound marketing, improved search engine optimization and social media,” said Trier’s CEO, Beth Trier. “For the past two years, a majority of our clients have turned to us for development of strategic content. The evolution of our content marketing practice began in stealth-mode in 2012 and currently, digital communications initiatives account for a significant part of the overall capabilities we now provide.”

Trier and Company has extensive experience in managing its clients’ multi-channel social media assets on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+ and customized mobile channels. A significant number of the agency’s clientele have turned to Trier and Company to develop and execute on content marketing campaigns to enhance both traditional and digital media coverage and deliver website content, blog programs, influencer and customer communications. Joining Trier and Company’s management team to lead the content marketing practice is Erica Smith. As VP of digital marketing services, Erica has been creating engaging cross-channel experiences for technology companies for over 15 years. Most recently, she developed data and social media analytics products at HighWire, a business owned by Stanford University. Prior to that, Erica was managing digital strategy for several media sites at Yahoo!, as well as managing several community-focused sites, including Shine and Buzz. Previously, she was responsible for content strategy at eBay.

Erica is responsible for developing integrated content marketing programs to support the strategic integration of content into the clients ’digital and social campaigns, SEO strategies, content optimization, measurement and lead nurturing.

Also joining Trier and Company’s executive team is Fanny Kim, joining Trier and Company as VP, account management services. Fanny works with Trier and Company’s global technology clients to oversee the development and implementation of strategic media and content marketing campaigns. Fanny has represented established brands, including Pfizer, BMW Technology Group, Wikimedia and technology startups, such as Instacart, Nes Computing, and Twenty20. Prior to Trier and Company, Fanny was a public relations executive at the prestigious New York City public relations and marketing firm, Rubenstein Public Relations.

Commenting on Trier and Company’s growth in 2014, “We have exceeded our projected estimates. We’re seeing a 35 percent revenue growth to date, with a good portion of the growth attributed to the addition of technology clients based in Europe and Australia.”
